These terms apply to the public Managed Intent website and alpha-service discussions unless a separate written agreement applies.

Selective alpha service
Managed Intent is a selective-access B2B service. A setup workshop may lead to a paid proof-of-value trial or a separate service agreement. We may decline unsuitable enquiries, including thin brochure sites or sites without enough official destinations.
Permitted use
You may use the public website to learn about Managed Intent and contact us. Client workspace access is limited to authorised users and must not be shared, probed, bypassed, scraped, or used to access another organisation's data.
Service boundaries
Managed Intent can report owned-site demand, approved answers, official routes, confirmation paths, fallbacks, and recurring unresolved demand. It does not control third-party platforms and does not promise rankings, AI citations, bookings, revenue, conversion lift, or external content correction.
Intellectual property
The website, copy, design, service methods, and materials belong to i2ntelligence Ltd or its licensors. You must not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse them except as permitted by law or a written agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the alpha service develops. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with this public page.
